In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means whoever is using the site. Using the site means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, please stop using it.
A brochure. It describes what we do and gives you a way to reach us. There is nothing to buy here, no account to open and no payment to make. If a page ever offers any of those, it will carry its own terms and they will say so.
The text, design, code, images and layout on this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You are welcome to read it, print it, and send a link to a colleague.
You may not republish it on another website, sell it, or pass it off as your own work. Our name and logo are ours. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that we built something we did not.
Do not try to break into this site, scrape it wholesale, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses. Do not use the contact form to send spam, malware, or anything unlawful, and do not use it to harass anyone. We block what we have to and report what deserves reporting.
Filling in the contact form starts a conversation. That is all it does. It is not an order, it is not an offer we have accepted, and it commits neither of us to anything.
We may reply, ask questions, quote, or say no. Until we have a written agreement between us, neither side owes the other anything. Please do not send confidential material through the form. Wait until we have something in place to protect it.
When we take on work, the terms of that work are agreed in writing between us and you. That paperwork covers scope, price, timelines, ownership of what we build, support, and everything else that matters.
If anything on this website contradicts that paperwork, the paperwork wins. Service descriptions, timelines and examples of past work shown here are illustrative. None of it is a quotation.
We keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee it. Service descriptions go out of date, and the work we show describes those projects rather than what yours will look like.
Nothing here is a recommendation for your particular situation. Ask us, and we will answer for your case. If we link out to another company's site, we do not control it and we are not answerable for what is on it.
We do not promise the site will be up all the time. Hosting, maintenance and things outside our control get in the way sometimes.
We remain liable for anything the law does not permit us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not responsible for loss you suffer from using this website or from relying on something you read on it, including lost business, lost profit, lost data, and indirect or consequential loss.
This clause is about the website. Liability for work we do for you is dealt with in the agreement for that work.
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top says when it was last touched. Changes take effect when we publish them.
These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this website or these terms.
