How we handle information on this website, and how we handle data when we build and run systems for clients.

This site has one form on it, on the Contact page. What you type into that form is emailed to us. It is not saved to a database, because this website does not have one.
We do not run analytics. We do not run advertising pixels. We do not set a tracking cookie. If you never use the form, we hold nothing about you beyond the ordinary server logs described further down.
The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail, and then deals with the separate question of data we handle for clients.
This website is run by Eazire Webtech Pvt Ltd, a private limited company. We build websites, business software, CRM and ERP systems and mobile apps, and we run digital marketing and hosting for our clients.

Nothing else. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.
The form sends what you wrote to info@eazire.in as an email. That is the whole journey. There is no database behind this site, so your enquiry exists as a message in our inbox and nowhere else.
We use it to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not have one.
We keep an enquiry for 24 months, counted from the last time we spoke about it. After that we have no use for it and we delete it. If there is a live project behind it, the clock starts when that project ends.
Being straight about the mechanics: there is no automatic clean-out running in the background. An enquiry is an email in our inbox, so deleting it is something a person does, and 24 months is the commitment we are making rather than a job a machine performs. If you want yours gone sooner, ask us and we will delete it.
Opening the Contact page sets a standard PHP session cookie called PHPSESSID. It holds a random ID and nothing about you. Once set, your browser sends it back on other pages of this site until it expires.
It is there to make the form work and to make it a waste of a spammer's time. The session behind it holds three things: a security token, checked when you submit, which is what stops another website from posting the form in your name; the time the form was drawn, so that anything sent back within three seconds can be treated as a bot rather than a person; and a count of recent submissions, which caps one browser at three messages in ten minutes. None of the three says anything about who you are.
It expires when you close your browser. There is no cookie banner on this site because the only cookie here is the one that makes the form work.
None of it. No Google Analytics, no Tag Manager, no Google Ads tag, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps. Most privacy policies need a long section here. Ours does not.
So nothing here is counting. We do not measure how many people visit, which pages they read, or where they arrived from. The server keeps an ordinary access log, described below, and that is the whole of it. We are fine with that.
We would rather be straight about this than claim a clean sheet. The two typefaces used on these pages, Outfit and Inter, are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser fetches them from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and in making that request it tells Google your IP address and which browser you are using.
We send Google nothing ourselves, and nothing about you comes back to us. But the request happens on every page, and apart from our own server it is the only place this site sends your browser.
The site is hosted with Hostinger. Asking any website for a page means its server sees your IP address and what you asked for, and web servers record that in an ordinary access log so the site can be kept running and abuse can be traced. We do not build profiles from those logs, we do not use them for marketing, and we do not join them to anything else.
Nobody outside Eazire. We do not sell enquiries, share them with other companies, or pass them to advertisers or lead brokers. The people who read them are the people here who need to answer you.
The one unavoidable exception is plumbing. Your message is an email, so it travels through the servers of the company that provides our mailbox on its way to us, the same way every email does.
This is a business website and nothing on it is aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything about them. If a child has sent us an enquiry and you are their parent or guardian, email us and we will delete it.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over personal data about you. For this website, that comes down to six things.
Please write from the email address you used on the form, or give us enough detail that we can be sure it is you. We are not going to hand somebody's enquiry to whoever asks for it.
This is a different question from the one above, and the two get confused often enough to be worth separating.
We build and run software for other companies. Doing that work, we handle data that belongs to them and to their customers: orders, contact records, staff records, whatever the system is for.
That data is not ours. We work on it because a client has asked us to, under our agreement with that client, and we act on their instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not carry it into anything we build for anyone else.
In the language of the DPDP Act, the client is the Data Fiduciary for that data and we are a Data Processor working for them.
So if you are a customer of one of our clients and you want to know what is held about you, ask that company. Their privacy policy governs your data, not this one. If you write to us instead we will point you to them, because we cannot hand over their data on our own say-so.
If you are a client, the specifics for your own project belong in your agreement with us: who has access, where the data is hosted, and what happens to it when the engagement ends. Ask, and we will put that in writing.
If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
